Support The Biodiesel Promotion and Quality Assurance Act
We'd like to urge people everywhere to call your congresspeople and support Biodiesel Promotion and Quality Assurance Act. The bipartisan senate bill would ensure the use of renewable content in U.S. diesel fuel. Click this link to find out how to contact your senator directly.
New Yorkers, support The Bioheat 2007 Act
Soon to be introduced by Council Member Yassky, The Bioheat Act of 2007 calls for for heating systems inside of New York City buildings to be running on a cleaner-burning mix of fuel made up of 95 percent regular diesel and five percent vegetable-based biodiesel fuel by 2009, with the percentages of biodiesel increasing in 2011 and 2013. Please join Tri-State Biodiesel at 10 am next Tuesday the 26th, on the steps of City Hall for a press conference on Bioheat and voice your support to your council member if you are in New York City.
